The author I am going to talk about today really needs no introduction. Yet, for those who do not know about Varsha Dixit, she is the best selling author of several successful, contemporary romance books. Her debut book, Right Fit Wrong Shoe, was a national bestseller in the year 2010. Varsha has also been a part of the Indian Television Industry and has worked as an assistant director and as an online editor. Currently, Varsha resides with her family in CA, USA.
As a romance lover and a book blogger, I don't know if I can adequately express the feelings that her book evoked when I first started reading her work. As someone who loves to read sweet romance and chick-lit, I've always felt there was a void in the Indian writing scene when we talk about the chick-lit genre. After all, we don't have our own Sophie Kinsellas or Meg Cabots. Or so I thought! Until I read Right Fit Wrong Shoe. And then, there was no looking back. I was hooked - completely and forever!
